According to a release, the hospitality facility is located in a 1901-constructed building located at 421 Union St. The building was the original home of both Liberty Bank & Trust and The National Life and Accident Insurance Company (also known as “The National”), which created WSM Radio and the Grand Ole Opry.

Historic Restorations LLC owns the building, having paid $2 million for it in mid-2020, as the Post reported at the time (read here), and later renovating it. The LLC includes singer/songwriter Jason Mraz, contractor Andrew Eshelman, Sound Healthcare owner RJ Stillwell and real estate investor Patrick Pocklington.
